nice. my latest jeep still has stock suspention. anything bigger and i would chew up me fenders. been eyeing an old cj-8 up the road though, might make a nice crawler. and easier to work on.

front doesnt have a slip yoke on a YJ. the rear does. and yes i put in a slip yoke eliminator in the t-case and had a tom woods custom cv drive shaft made. im tryn to make the shock mounts lfarther apart in the rear (spring over axel) so i can have more flex =D

any problems with the command track shift motor on the front axle? ive ordered manual hubs for mine. front diff. spins all the time on a TJ. im not too sure about the new 2007 setup. even the front and rear diffs. are controled by computer!

yes. i hate the stock dana 30 front axel. the vacume disconect SUCKs!. mine does not work at the moment. im going to be swaping in an older dana 30 high pinion with manual hubs (doesnt have the vacume housing at all) alot stronger.

im not to keen on the 07 jeeps eather. just look at the name "jk" its like jeep is playing a bad joke on us

i remember the YJ's being called "Y"uppie "J"eep and mall crawler. but i see alot of them now that have had the "evil spirits" removed. 1, you can get them in good shape cheap and 2, that makes it worth rebuilding them right. i sooo want to biuld an old cj-8!!!!!!!!!
