My Quest

I have dreamed of a faceless love
with reckless attempts to find you
A curse I thought I might never be free of
It has tainted my every move and shown its face in all that I do

I've searched with such persistence
Forever wondering who you are
my soul stricken with doubt of your existence
by loves false alarms and one to many a scar

You will be everything I didn't know I wanted
And anything but what I thought you'd be
A precious love that will be so new, just barely begun
I can only wish love will conquer
us all one by one

I can?t remember,
Which poetic pen I wrote it with

But I remember ~
I have searched and pined;
In the wake of what I desire

It is all so sudden;
But I feel it,
I can touch it~

I see a future~
a future,
I have begged for

You said you loved me,
long after I felt you love me;
I knew- your eyes gave you away

Your face, you, yourself;
Your quirks, no you aren?t what I imagined;
But isn?t that the way it goes

You are more~
More than I could pray for,
More than I deserve

You, Me;
Made, simply
For one another

So I have written of the faceless love~
Suddenly, I am graced with a love,
Faceless no more?
