Ok so this guy is on team speak and it's kind of tedious but it helped me.
Basically go to regedit
HKEY_CURRENT_USER->Control Panel->Mouse
Change
MouseSpeed, Mouse Threshold1 and 2 and set them to 0
set mouse sensitivity to 20
done there unless you have a logitech which I don't so you have to listen to the whole thing. the real instruction starts at about time index 11 minutes on the first audio file. SOme of the people he is talking to are fucking retarded!
If you want to see the numbers run the "mouserate.exe" and you can see the speed.
Run "usbmrs11.exe" this will automatically do the usbport.sys file that he talks about in the audio file. Basically changes the frequency that your mouse uses and gets a lot more info than it used to.
Restart after that program and rerun the "mouserate.exe" and you should have jumped from 125hz to about 500hz (for those non technical hz=1 second so 500 a second)
There's a MF_INIT folder with a dll file and an exe that supposedly bypasses DirectX and inputs straight to the game. Haven't tried that one yet but My mouse is much smoother now. You might have to turn up your mouse speed but everything should be linear now and not based on your mouse movement speed as well as increasing the sensitivity of your mouse!

thought all of this was covered in Raziels guide. i know for sure the mouse aceeleration reg fix is.. but. can't rember of hand if the usb rate is. and mojo your logitech should alreadly be at a 500 hz? shoudent it?
yeah the usbmrs11.exe does overclock ALL your usb ports. and could damge your mobo so if you don;t like to live dangerously put it away! but ive been using a polling rate of 500 for . well ever, and no damage done yet... although my printer is a little crazier than normal...

welll i never really use the comp for anything other than wolf anyway so i'm all good. and it was good playing alongside you again the other week on hkf it was all good till that huga ass chateaux type map.. got lost as hell!

yeah good old gibbz everywhere! used to do that myself a few times . for the last 30 secs of railgun in particular as it often turns into a bad map. but seems the spawn points are fine axis shed espicall..... you can at least walk out the door then touch the snow and instant gibberrries!

Raziel had a fooking wirus in his dam guide. Dont know wat the rate of my mouse was, but it was jerking in game. Now it lot smoother.
Find it hard to kill ppl wid the mouse driver install for some reason. It easier to play widdout it, but i lose all the button config on the mouse, so pretty fooked up.
Maybe i havnt found the right settings yet.

ok am dloading this ...had some time to play yesterday after weeks.......I did relatively well .......lets see if this helps.........and I have a logitech mouse...does that mean I gots to listen to this fully..

Mojo its pretty simple man....listen to part 1 and 2 of the wav....the other one's not important...
If u got logitech...u can disable accleration using the Logitech Mouseware software.
For the rest of it listen to the first wav file (2 registry changes) and use the link given in the Doc file.....
and to change ur mouserate use the usbmrs11 file in safe mode....i changed it to 250 hz...don't want to risk 500
think I am forgetting a coupla things....better that u listen to those files and tolerate a few idiots...
hmmm ....looks like I screwed something up.....now after every game just before the next game starts.....it hangs.....

just got off..........only way I could stop the hangs is by not using the Mf_NIT file.....
