"I've tried about 100 different distro's over the past 2 years and can honestly say I've never seen anything on a PC as spectacular as Kororaa XGL... It makes the hairs on my neck stand up. It's that good. I'm like a kid who's found the keys to the local sweet shop, I just can't leave it alone... nearly fell out my seat the first time I spun the desktop.
Once again thanks to all involved."

KNOWN ISSUES
*Gnome-terminal not working on ATI / DRI systems, please use another terminal (or KDE);
** This means the "Install to Disk" links will not ON ATI / DRI UNDER GNOME - LOG INTO KDE AND RUN IT, OR CALL IT MANUALLY from another terminal
sudo /usr/sbin/liveinstall
*Water plugin freezes the menus under Gnome after stopping the effect.
NOTES
* Username is "kororaa", password is "xgl". To become root run "sudo su -"
* Version 0.2 IS an installable version of Kororaa, as well as a Live CD.
* Supported drivers are "nvidia" (nVidia Geforce3 and higher); "fglrx" (ATI r350, r300, r250 and r200; Intel Video via DRI (tested on my i865 chipset, not sure about others); and ATI Radeon via DRI (works well on my 64Mb Radeon 7000).
* A list of cards that are supposed to work with Xgl can be found here (http://gentoo-wiki.com/HARDWARE_Video_Card_Support_Under_XGL) (please note this may be different to what Kororaa Xgl Live CD supports).
For a list of which cards are supported by their drivers, please see nVidia's here (http://www.nvidia.com/object/IO_18897.html) and ATI's here (http://www.ati.com/products/catalyst/linux.html#2).
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum recommended configuration is system with 384MB RAM, Pentium3 with nVidia Geforce video card.
This livecd requires a CPU with SSE instruction support, and >256Mb RAM.
(i.e. P3 or later, if Celeron then need coppermine core. AMD users probably need Athlon XP CPUs, but run "cat /proc/cpuinfo |grep sse" to check anyway).
Enjoy!
