Junky Jeep

So, I didn't get the '86 Jeep CJ-7. Oh well (the fooker wouldn't shift into 2wd). I did put a deposit down on a '95 Wrangler, though. A lot less rust, it doesn't have all the cool toys and widgets (yet). And I pick it up approx. May 5th (Just gotta get another check so I'll have cash for insurance...).

Well one of my hobbies is to go to E-Bay motors and just look around. First I search for cars priced most expensive first, then I just doodle around.

So, out of curiosity, I selected cars: nearest first, make: Jeep. And there sat a '95 Wrangler... Same colors as the one I'm getting (Green out, Grey in), same year, for only $700 (after 7 bids). Hey! Parts jeep! Awesome! ... Until I read the auction info and saw the pics. Judge for yourself... (No, I have no idea how somebody managed to do this much damage to a jeep)

Edit to add: How the hell can it have 2.5 cylinders? What does a half a cylinder look like?

2.5 Liter four cylinder Moharm. 160000 miles and looks like the body was decent. We had a Jeep here in town that had sheared its lug studs similar to what this Wrangler has done here. Noticed the axle, lug studs, brake drum were gone. Must have spun then impacted something. 710 for parts is not bad.
