Really? The biggest practical joke they pulled here was the exchange of "City of Greenwood" was put at the city limits of Carmel, about thirty miles North of here. "City of Carmel" was then erected outside of the Greenwood city limits. Imagine being hung over and seeing that as you drove to work or school. It blew some peoples minds. It lit the radio stations calls ins. What the heck is going on? It was a good joke. Wonder how many people just passing threw knew what was going on.
