Mohamed Al Fayed's lawyers are going to the High Court in a bid to overturn a decision not to call Prince Philip to give evidence at the Diana inquest.

The Harrods owner's legal team are seeking leave for a judicial review of a judgement earlier this month by the coroner, Lord Justice Scott Baker.

He ruled it was not expedient to call Prince Philip and that the Queen should not be asked to answer questions.

His ruling stated that "neither step" would "further the inquest process".

He just won't let it go. Your son is DEAD, dude. Let him go you paranoid, grieving billionaire. It would be best for you. Go shopping at your ultra-posh Harrod's store or something. Spend some money. Always helps me!

I hear you, NJ. What is up with this guy? Money can't buy you happiness or love. He really loved his son.

I did not know you have a son, Pooka? I would do the same for my daughters, but there is no changing death. You can not bring him back. I wonder if he has done his grief work yet. If you don't grieve, it will catch up with you. The brain can do some very weird things.
