It's not an easy solution but the militants that are firing mortars from these urban areas (Hamas?) must know they are putting their own people at risk. In effect they're using them as human shields. They should know by now that the Israeli's won't hesitate any more when Hamas (or whoever it is) employ these tactics. The Israeli's are prepared to deal with the collateral damage and condemnation by the worlds media because they believe they have the moral high ground i.e. They'll crow for weeks that they're merely defending their own people from rocket attacks.

Those people have been fighting since the time of Christ. They could get everything they want and still not be happy. I agree, mAV, they are using them as human shields. The Israelis will never be conquered, since they are the chosen people. How many times will they be attacked? Only God knows.
