To start with, just follow JahSun's advice. Become at least a semi-active member and you'll be rewarded with access to the good downloads. And believe me, the downloads here are rampant and worth the effort. If you're not one for talking, then there is always the option of clicking on the "subscriptions" link on the left side there, in the "site navigation" box. Then you can just pay $30 for 6 months of access to the Vault (and ad-free forums), or you can pay $60 dollars for 6 months of VIP access, which is like normal access but just that extra bit better. So either pay up, or stick around for a little while and contribute.

2 quick things: First, see the big yellow smiley face button in the bottom right corner of every post? That's the THX2U button. Click it on every post you see (ESPECIALLY thread starting posts), because it's just a nice way to say thanks and show people that you appreciate their posts. Second, try to put posts in a category that's vaguely close to what the post is about, and pick a post icon that fits the category. Follow these general rules, and you should be fine.
