We’ll all have a date with our maker someday, but like Amy Winehouse, Britney Spears just can’t seem to wait. A couple of years ago she looks stunning and was a wet dream for every man. But for some reason Britney also landed in a self-destruction derby. Guess her final breath and be crowned Mr. Or Mrs. Death. Winner will be rewarded with a PS3.

Panillo you are one of the most prolific contributors to Noobsters (when you go on a thread-starting run you really crank out quality stuff) and I always enjoy your posts no question but I feel duty-bound as a Mod to point out (no disrespect man) that this is a repost.
Wiggles beat you to it (see his post HERE (http://www.noobsters.com/forum/showthread.php?t=33498&highlight=Britney)) and then his similarly-titled thread disappeared from the frontpage screen so it looked like fresh game for a thread. I've done it before.
Using the "Search" function before starting a thread is always a bit of a pain in the ass when you feel like you have something hot to put on the board but it's necessary given the limited amount of threads displayed on the frontpage as I'm sure you'll agree. Next time I repost something you can give me a smack, bro, it happens to everyone. I recommend Majorhan's instructional video on this subject which can be viewed by clicking HERE (http://www.noobsters.com/forum/showthread.php?t=33735).
And BTW since we are re-visiting this important subject (in my opinion) Britney is going to die (sooner rather than later) and that's because she is mentally ill. She's sick. She can't help it.
Here's an unpleasant but timely story that I omitted from Wiggles thread because I thought it was too close to my heart and preachy. Your repost is giving me another chance to speak so seriously - I'm grateful for that. I was too much of a wus to say something on Wiggles thread because Noobsters is about fun and this happens to be a serious subject. But since we're on the subject of Britney please pardon me while I break it down about people with mental illness from my point of view. Never knew I’d have an opinion on this but I do now. My eyes are wide open today on this Britney thing. Check it out:

Few people in the world know that when you hit your late teens / early 20's you are in a dangerous period of natural cognitive development. Puberty is over but nature still has one final act to play out in your human development. It’s an ugly secret: perfectly well-balanced and secure men and women who have absolutely no psychological trauma in their past or mental health problems in their family history can (and do) get struck down by crippling mental illness for absolutely no reason other than it was predestined genetically. Ask my friend Frank. And yes, he’s still alive. But he’s not the same guy I knew since age 5 anymore – not even close.
It's true. I watched my dearest friend since childhood get sick and never recover from mental illness. He is my friend to this day but he's hard to reach. When he is lucid enough to speak he swears that he never took any drugs to mess up his head and all his old friends know this to be the case. I know it’s true. His parents are awesome people (for the years that I knew them) and then they stopped speaking to him once he showed inexplicable behavior due to (we know now) mental illness. They find his current state of being unpleasant I guess, I dunno. He's helpless. And he used to be perfectly OK. Then at age 20 - when he had a hottie girlfriend and was smiling every day WHAMMO! He got hit by the Bad Luck Truck and it was all over. His smiles look pretty forced now.
So he is lost in his own mind. He did manage to graduate from college tho (his girlfriend apparently did the last of his homework) and then he faded into helpless obscurity. This is unlike Britney who has paparazzi trailing her - capturing every bizarre antic. Believe me, I've seen this before. It's an ugly truth that no one wants to accept - including the victim.
No one knows what is going on inside his head - certainly he's at a loss for words most of the time - and he's been to countless doctors and hospitals all over the United States trying to figure it out. He just moved from city to city losing job after job seeking help from whoever would supposedly help him (and the doctors never have to this day). He still doesn't know what the hell has happened / is happening to him. He says it all the time. Now I should point out that my man has a doctor (and I think a therapist) he sees frequently but they can do nothing for him except talk to him. We are in the Stone Age of Psychiatric Medicine: with no diagnostic measurement – no “dipstick for the brain” – doctors are left with a pure guessing game for diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders. Hell, at least he’s not on drugs. I pray he never is. That would make him a beggar to his own demise.
As of a few years ago he gets Disability payments from the federal government (how he managed to think his way through that I'll never know) so he has some legitimacy attached to his plight. Its official: he’s sick and it’s not his fault. Damn, I feel bad just mentioning it but the same is happening to Britney only with no one who can protect her privacy so she can seek recovery – or at least try to forge a life as a mentally ill person. As if the pain wasn't bad enough for them! Humiliation is a killer.
How many times Frank dodged death or imprisonment due to mentally ill antics is most certainly a lofty number. He wasn't ever dangerous I don’t think - he was just acting crazy. Just like Britney.
It's quite sad to watch. But he's lucky in one sense: he's still got his old friends that stop by and see him and write to him or call him - and he lives with a pal who watches out for him right now. For the most part, however, he stays in bed. He told me last year that's where he feels the safest from a world that most certainly misunderstands him. He is a shell, a shadow of the guy I used to know. But I still love the mofo and I'll support him until his dying day. Hopefully - with God's help - that day won't be too soon. May the same be true for Britney. But I doubt it. The odds are against her. Hell, the odds are against both of them. But that doesn't mean we should toss them out in the trash. What did they ever do wrong? They can't help it. They are sick. And there is nothing for it.
There is a new campaign underway called “Mental Illness: What a Difference a Friend Makes” sponsored by the Mental Health Services Administration. Personally I’d never heard of them before I saw the ad on TV at the pub the other night. But I checked out their website. It can be found HERE (http://whatadifference.org/index.html). And that’s the truth he sees it: that his friends saved him at the time when he apparently needed it most.
He still needs friends in my opinion - always will. We were all he had when his parents turned their backs away in disgust and ignorance (they’ve come around since then I think). Friends remind him, he says, of what it was to be a “normal person”. Contact with them really brightens him up and he talks about an email he got or a phone call (maybe even a visit) he got from a friend non-stop to the point of annoyance. But I love the mofo though. I know I am a part of his support network. He’s so badly needs it to find his way through the rest of his life. Without hope there is no hope.
And as for Britney – what does she have? Not enough support, not enough true friends, not enough hope to save her I think. The poor woman has too much money, two loaded guns in the house and a swarm of killer bees a.k.a. the paparazzi hounding her and hunting her down. Death by media. At least Frank was never famous. Probably would have killed him and we’d all blame ourselves. Besides, the only publicity most mentally ill people get is in the obituary column. And we’ll all blame ourselves (a little bit) when Britney moves from the tawdry gossip column to the tombstone tribute page. She got sick. She can’t help it. It happens. Nature is cruel. Crueler still is the media.

njohnson, I wish there was a way to give more than one thanks on a post. That's quite possibly the most interesting/worthwhile non-thread starting post I'd ever read. Well done.

Britney has had her fifteen minutes of fame. Kevin Federline now has their kids. She has got to be an unfit Mom, since he has the kids. A bit harsh, when will she die. I wish her no harm. Just that she would straighten up her act.
