Then besides just bitching about it anonymously here on noobsters, or down at your local bar/pub/watering hole, you can now post it on a website specifically designed for your bitching: The Complaints Board (http://www.complaintsboard.com/).
The fact that I've never heard of it before probably means that nobody really knows about it, least of all most of the companies being complained about. So basically, it's not very useful, unless you like reading about somebody else who has the same problem as you do, to make you feel less alone.
The only other use is if you want to read up on how a company you're thinking of working with does in terms of customer service. Keep in mind, however that many people who contribute there seem to be idiots. i.e., the guy who complained about the new Domino's commercial for being sexist (http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/dominos-pizza-c42669.html). It is, but that's why it's funny, ass.
