I don't even know what language that is... Portuguese maybe? or Arabic? <shrug> but it says "Majlis Perbandaran Johor Bahru Persara Pakcik Umur 73"

Three Webers? Twin turbo? Fuel Injection,too? One or the other but not all three. Someone is compensating for his shortcomings.

I definitely know it's not portuguese... maybe Malay or Tagalog?
