In all honesty.. There are many areas of Scotland that are sadly low on the social scale.. as there are all over the world... Programs like Rab C Nesbit ( Paramount Channel on cable UK) do reflect it... The Drugs and alcoholism are a big problem...

I was reluctant to come back to Scotland after some 20 years moving around the planet... I've been here 5 years now and I'm still reluctant....
