HOUSTON (AP) -- A NASA spokesman calls it "an ongoing situation."
Police say a building at the Johnson Space Center in Houston has been evacuated after reports of a gunman inside.
Space center security officers and Houston police are on the scene. The NASA spokesman could not confirm whether there was a gunman or whether any shots were fired.
Roads within the 16-hundred-acre campus have been blocked off.
A space station flight controller at the space center say employees are being told to stay in their buildings.
