Man I feel your pain. That's why I've got my email settings on "exclusive". It's a bit of a pain in the ass to check the Junk Mail forder for important stuff but it's well worth it to filter out the crap.

Speaking of crap how about the pop-ups this new version of Internet Explorer as letting through! Pop-ups like mad and that wasn't a problem before this latest Micro$oft update two months ago. It's as if the pop-up ads were updated before my version of Explorer was!

dont delete SPAM instead mark it as SPAM...otherwise your inbox keeps flooding.
