This is a brand new installation, only had it a few weeks and its already going slow on me, must be all the shitty apps i installed. Think i'll have to wipe it again.

Mojo, you should just put all shortcuts that are similar into a few desktop folders and then change the folder icon to make it look sweet. I.E. Games folder, applications folder, Patches Folder, etc.

Best prank ever. Take a screenshot of the desktop. Now make the screenshot the background. Autohide the toolbar and move it to the top of the screen than turn off the icons. The toolbar and icons looks like it's still there and the person will try to click on everything. Watch as they reboot there computer several times LOL

I just got tech refreshed. this new machine is kinda nice. I came with a gig o' ram and is running xp. the POS that I had couldn't get out of it's own way.

Mojo...chuck them all in a folder in my docs, then shortcut to taskbar...

Frequently used applications and other such stuff stay on the left portion of the desktop (or pinned to the Start Menu).

Games I'm currently playing stay on the right portion of the desktop. I like games.

The spartan look is next. Jon's screenie is an inspiration.

n000by, i just to dam lazy to bother wid all that. Wen this desktops gets to crowded, i just copy the whole desktop folder into another partition, wipe it over wid new install, voila! more desktop space.

i have bout 6 desktop folders all over the 11 partitions i have :D

done that also on the laptop. well had to cos ran out of space. cant wipe the drive on that on regular basic cos it aint as durable as a normal pc one.
