PS3 or X Box 360?

They have both been out for a bit and there are some gamers on this board of crazy insane folks that need to snuggle more..So which of the new systems do you prefer more and why...i say 360 because of price alone.

Both are too expensive for me :(... lol but I'd go with the Xbox360.

Given a choice id go with the 360 ... im almost never an early adopter of anything.

I'm fairly split thus far. Give it about the rest of 2007, see what comes out with their respective lineups, and go from there.

And, from experience working with PSM's little online bit for the last couple of years, the consoles will basically boil down to what type of games you like to play more.

Sports, racing, FPS, online gaming > XBox360

RPG's, action/adventure/platformers, strange/gimmick games (Karaeoke Revolution, Katamari Damacy) > PS3.

Gaming experience = PS3 (Plus the blueray discs on an hdtv FUCKING OWNS)

We have an Xbox360. Kids play it mostly but what games I've played I was fairly impressed

PS3 is hitting Oz March 23rd and it's gonna be a fucking Grand just for the console!! Fuck me damn!!

and another thing PS controlers suck...i like x box controlers they are much more comefortable...PS2's are way 2 small...cmon what are these games for kids or something at 500 to 600$ US dollars?
