Know how ya feel Jack. We just lost half our management at xmas in one foul swoop. Had four different management structures in the last 12 months. So we can be forgiven for not knowing who the hell is running the show. 'Grunts'. Haven't heard that term in a while. You must be an ex serving! WTG moving up from lurker status to VIP!
