Burn Programs

Does anyone know of any good Dvd Burner programs. I am very frustrated with mine. It is Roxio Dvd Plus. If anyone has any other suggestions i would greatly appreciate it.

i use this commandline to burn video dvd folders

xterm -e "growisofs -dvd-compat -speed=8 -Z /dev/hdd -dvd-video %f && eject /dev/hdd"

requires linux, not ubuntu
