Did anyone see "the most powerful woman in America" yesterday? Nancy Pelosi, the Italian stallion, employed a tried and true terrorist tactic yesterday during her ridiculous time on the floor. She litteraly surrounded herself with children using them as human shields. I mean there was seriously like 10 school busses full of kids there. It looked like a freaking zoo. It kind of reminded me of the creepy lady accross the street that ones about 14 too many cats and they're always crawling all over her.
The U.S. is seriously fooked up the bum. Our President is proving on a daily basis that good intentions don't mean crap. Our economies going into the toilet. We're getting softer on our Iraq policy when we should be getting tougher. And I'm kind of scared. ESPECIALLY when all I hear from Pelosi is the standard Clinton era rhetoric of, "CHILDREN CHILDREN CHILDREN, ENVIROMENT, GLOBAL WARMING, CHILDREN, MEDICARE/MEDICAID, CHILDREN CHILDREN." I mean if we're going back to that era we're in real trouble here. More aspirin factory cruise misile strikes, expansion of welfare, lowering school standards, and shady back room politics, just shoot me now. I mean that administration had a political liability killed FFS and nothing happened. I don't want to go back to that time. It's not like the political scene has gotten much better, but at least we have an administration being villified for trying to do something right, instead of having an administration being villified for making a complete and utter farce out of America's highest political position.
Pelosi thinks she's the new president. You could hear it in that ridiculous speech she gave yesterday. And if I hear the "Partnership not Partisanship" catchphrase one more time from EITHER party, I'm just going to start tying the noose and playing Saddam. She needs a good pimp slap to put her in her place. If she really thinks she's the most powerful woman in the land, she's got another thing coming. If that's the sort of arrogance she plans to carry into her office, she's going to have a tough time with that whole "partnership not partisanship," thing she keeps harping on. 8)
