Simple question please

I have a hard time posting a shout in the shoutbox.. I have to change styles to find one that has the posting area available..
I think I can only find the tiniest of tiny posting areas in the orange blue style.. its about the size of one letter...
is this just me??

Hmmmm ive never had that experience. Maybe take a screenshot and post it... also make sure Drumbo see's this cause he would be the one to help/fix it.

I have checked several styles and they are all the same with the shoutbox. It is the white bar under the shouts next to the formating options. If you need more help, post a screen shot so we can see what you see.

You have a small monitor, and there is an issue with the other things on the page taking up too much room. My bar is long but I have a 15.4" flatscreen on my lappy. I would send drumbo a pm with a link to this thread. I hope that helps

In the meantime,, use the bottom style and type what you want to shout in a txt file and past it in the box. That way you can see what you type before you shout.

Or just Right click on your desktop
select properties
then the settings tab
and move the screen res slider to the right (if you can.....)
Hit apply

And all styles should work. barely no one designs for 800 by 600 res now.... do they?

If you have Trouble seeing the fonts switch cleartype on . or make them Bigger :)

and you should be sorted :)

you guys were right. it was a resolution problem.. Iused Foamys advice and it worked
