Might as well put the poor dude in the stockade for a day and have people throw rotten fruit at him. I'm sure he's getting plenty of razzing from the people passing by in their cars...especially his friends that didn't get caught.

ya, they honk at them and stuff. its the parents that allow it. its either pay the kids fine or let them walk with the sign. most parents wont fork out the cash. ;)
