The only reason he wants those boys is so that he can get the gift that keeps on giving...ALIMONY!! Not to mention that child support alone would be buku bucks! He isn't trying to seek custody of the other kids that he has with his exgirlfriend.



In what may signal a custody battle to come, Kevin Federline filed a response Wednesday to wife Britney Spears's divorce claim in L.A. Superior Court.

In the surprisingly quick reply, Federline, like Spears, has made a claim for sole custody of their kids, Sean Preston, 1, and Jayden James (born Sept. 12), with visitation rights for Spears.

"It's not that unusual, but if you want to send a message that you want to be amicable, (both parties) would seek joint custody," says Lynn Soodik, an L.A. family law specialist.

"That he's seeking sole custody leads me to believe they're heading to a costly battle over the kids," she adds.

Federline also asks for spousal support.

According to a statement from his lawyer: "Kevin is prepared to go the distance in order to do what he feels is necessary to protect and safeguard the children and will not be intimidated or dissuaded from pursuit of those goals."

In coming days, Federline and his lawyer will have to decide whether to contest the couple's prenuptial agreement, as well as negotiate a temporary support and custody arraignment.

Reps for both sides had no comment.

Here’s more on the Brtiney Spears-Kevin Federline split. One day after Spears filed for divorce from husband Federline, the rapper responded on Wednesday with court papers seeking spousal support and custody of their two children.

Federline, 28, submitted his response in Los Angeles Superior Court, the same courthouse where Spears, 24, suddenly filed for divorce on Tuesday after two years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences.

The court papers show that Spears and Federline were prepared to fight over custody of the children in what could be a bitter divorce proceeding.

If soon-to-be-ex-wife can go ice-skating immediately after filing for divorce, why should Kevin Federline stay at home brooding?

Far from letting all this get him down, Kev has been letting the ladies out there know he is available once again. At Chicago's House Of Blues on Wednesday night, he told the crowd: “Hey, I see a lot of fine ladies in here. “You know I'm a free man, right, ladies? You wanna dance with a pimp?"

Later on he pointed into the crowd and said: “That’s a sexy-a** lady right there.”

According to the Sun, Britney and Kevin had a bitter row before Kevin’s performance for the West Hollywood Halloween Carnival last Tuesday, which ended with Britney screaming at him “you’re useless - you’re a nobody”. After she stormed out, Kevin was spotted in kneeling and crying in the corner.

marriage isn't bad at all. you just need to find the right one. what pile and i did was ass backwards. just a pure physical relationship that wasn't supposed to go anywhere, and here we are...MARRIED WITH CHILDREN.
