rapidshare.de WTF?

tried uploading to rapidshare.de and got this

Unfortunately all drives of RapidShare.de are full right now.

As I understand it, Germany has a new law that is not good for rs.de so they are moving all of the files to .com. I am not sure that this is correct but I think it is the case. In the transfer, the servers are busy. It is a pain in the arse, but what are you gonna do. Good luck.
