Taken BT (British Telecom) 5 days to fix my lines. I'm not unskilled in the ways of the data comms but these muppets kept telling me there was an issue "at my end", stripped all me cabling out and ran everything back to the hub and still....
Well FINALLY got an Engy round today who I could actually talk to and knew what he was doing, lo and behold, faulty blade on their exchange ( I FOOKING SUGGESTED THEY LOOK AT THAT)
