When can I kill them?

Ok so I'm sitting eating dinner and I noticed I haven't seen or heard my second oldest in over half an hour. He's grounded from just about everything but tv right now for (have to think what kicked off this shitty weekend) Oh yeah he didn't do his reports on his fieldtrips and has been lying about it and hiding notes from his teacher. So last night I busted him in his room with the Gameboy. Locked the door so nobody could walk in on him.

Well when I noticed he wasn't anywhere in the area I went to the kitchen and checked ontop of the fridge... No Gameboy...

Grabbed the key ring with all the keys to the rooms in the house. No door locked this time but Nathaniel is completely covered by his blanket... My oldest asks me "What do you need dad?" Nathaniel pops his head out with the "Oh shit" face on. Asked him what he's doing.

Started mumbling something about sleepy but before he finished I took the blanket away. GAMEBOY!

So I take it away. Go put it back. Go back in and drag him out of his room to go sit and stare at the wall while I try not to squeeze his neck till his head pops off.

Asked questions (lots of deep breadths) and I still want to pop his head but he is grounded till... HE GETS ENOUGH MONEY TO PAY SOME FUCKING BILLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I go away for a weekend and all hell breaks loose! #2 needs some adjustments...

Now the oldest who said he was supposed to only work on his Pueblo project this weekend and I held his hand getting most of it started had all month to do the damn thing. Hope they like there room....

I would totally go with my impulses on this. Nothing like having your pre-teen pay a little rent money. Get him a job somewhere and tell him he'll have to rent the electronics from you from now on LOL $3 and hour for xbox 1.50 for gameboy etc. :D
