Help ME Please !!! VIRUS !!!

OK people, I may not have posted much here, but I need your help....

Some of you may have heard of "Popcorn.net"...if you have heard of it.....

PLEASE HELP !! Its a virus that is (I am told) VERY hard to get rid of !

Do any of you know of any freeware anti-virus that will get rid ?

Or maybe you know how to get rid another way ?!

Please help me, I am desperate.....

Go to your "my computer" screen. Right click on your C drive. There is a free program called "format" that will scan your drive and get rid of virii. Just keep clicking yes and "next" until it starts working.

Ewido nukes most all spyware. If they won't let you install/download they have an online scanner.
